Gizlilik Politikası

Silvermark ("uygulama", "biz"), Albion Online için kişisel bir market izleme ve flip analiz aracıdır. Bu politika, hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarını açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Topladığımız Veriler

1.1 Hesap bilgileri

E-posta adresi ve şifre (şifre yalnızca güvenli, geri döndürülemez biçimde saklanır — biz açık halini görmeyiz).
Google ile giriş yaparsan Google'ın bize verdiği e-posta ve temel profil bilgisi.
Üyelik tarihi, plan durumu, agent bağlantı anahtarı ve sitede en son ne zaman açık olduğun (hesap yönetimi ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için; yalnızca yöneticiler görür).

1.2 Market tarama verisi

Oyunda bir markete girdiğinde, yerel agent oyun trafiğinden herkese açık market emir verisini (eşya, fiyat, şehir, kalite, zaman) yakalar. Bu veri karakterine, envanterine, sohbetine veya özel oyun bilgine erişmez — yalnızca market listelerini okur.
Bu taramalar, sana ait analizleri gösterebilmemiz için hesabına bağlı olarak bulut veritabanında saklanır.

1.3 Geri bildirim

Geri Bildirim bölümünden mesaj gönderirsen; yazdığın ad, konu ve mesaj ile hesabının e-posta adresi.

1.4 Kullanım Şartları onay kaydı

Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul ettiğinde, kabulün kanıtı olarak şunlar kaydedilir: kabul zamanı, kabul ettiğin Kullanım Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası sürümleri (ve metinlerin parmak izi), o anki e-posta adresin, giriş yöntemin (e-posta / Google), arayüz dilin, onay yöntemi ve tarayıcı bilgisi (user-agent). IP adresin kaydedilmez.
Bu kayıtlar yalnız kabulü ispatlamak için kullanılır, değiştirilemez ve hesabın silindiğinde silinir.

1.5 Çerezler ve tarayıcıda saklananlar

Çerez kullanmıyoruz — reklam, takip veya profil çıkarma amaçlı hiçbir çerez ya da benzeri teknoloji yoktur.
Sitenin çalışması için yalnızca şu bilgiler tarayıcının yerel deposunda (localStorage/sessionStorage) tutulur: oturum belirteci (giriş yapmış kalman için), dil ve sunucu/bölge tercihin, filtre ayarların ve "Alımlarım" listen.
Bunlar istediğin hizmeti sunmak için zorunludur ve başka bir amaçla kullanılmaz; bu yüzden ayrıca izin istemiyoruz. Tarayıcı ayarlarından istediğin zaman silebilirsin (silersen oturumun kapanır ve tercihlerin sıfırlanır).
Yazı tipleri kendi sunucumuzdan yüklenir; sayfayı açtığında Google'a istek gitmez.

2. Verileri Nasıl Kullanırız

Hesabını oluşturmak, girişini doğrulamak ve güvenliğini sağlamak.
Sana ait market taramalarını, flip/yükseltme/ticaret analizlerini üretip göstermek.
Hesabının plan durumunu yönetmek ve geri bildirimlerini yanıtlamak.
Uygulamayı çalıştırmak, hataları gidermek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek.

Verilerini satmayız ve pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara kiralamayız.

3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri

Uygulamanın çalışması için şu hizmetler kullanılır:

Barındırma & altyapı: Site Vercel'de barındırılır. Hesap, kimlik doğrulama ve bulut veritabanı Supabase'de tutulur; Supabase bu verileri yalnızca bizim adımıza işler.
Google: "Google ile giriş" (isteğe bağlı; yalnızca bu seçeneği kullanırsan Google'a yönlendirilirsin).
Albion Online Data Project (albion-online-data.com): "Çok Satanlar" ve topluluk fiyat verisi için. Community moduna geçersen taramaların bu topluluk projesine de yüklenir (bkz. Madde 4).
CDN'ler (jsDelivr, flagcdn): Grafik kütüphanesi ve bayrak simgeleri.
Vercel Web Analytics: Anonim ziyaret istatistikleri (sayfa görüntüleme, ülke, cihaz/tarayıcı türü). Çerez kullanmaz ve seni tanımlamaz; ziyaretler hesabınla ilişkilendirilmez.

4. Özel Mod vs Community Mod

Agent varsayılan olarak Özel modta çalışır: taramaların yalnızca senin hesabında kalır, topluluğa gönderilmez. Dilersen Community moda geçebilirsin; bu durumda yakalanan herkese açık market verisi Albion Online Data Project'e de yüklenir. Bu tamamen senin tercihindir ve istediğin zaman geri alınabilir.

5. Veri Saklama

Ham/geçici tarama kayıtları kısa süre sonra otomatik silinir; yalnızca özet/analiz için gerekli olanlar hesabına bağlı tutulur.
Hesap verilerin, hesabın aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını silmemizi istersen verilerini kaldırırız.

6. Güvenlik

Verilerini korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız (şifreli bağlantılar, hash'li şifreler, erişim kısıtları). Ancak hiçbir internet hizmeti %100 güvenli değildir; mutlak güvenliği garanti edemeyiz.

7. Haklarım

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme ve silinmesini isteme hakkın vardır.
Hesabından çıkış yaparak oturumunu sonlandırabilir, tarayıcının yerel depolamasını temizleyebilirsin.
Google ile giriş yaptıysan Silvermark'ın Google hesabına erişimini istediğin zaman myaccount.google.com/permissions adresinden kaldırabilirsin.
Talepler için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsin (Madde 10).

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bu yaşın altından bilerek veri toplamayız.

9. Google Kullanıcı Verisi

"Google ile giriş" isteğe bağlıdır. Bu seçeneği kullanırsan:

Erişilen veri: Google, giriş sırasında yalnızca e-posta adresini, adını ve profil fotoğrafının bağlantısını paylaşır (openid, email ve profile izinleri). Gmail, Drive, kişiler, takvim veya başka hiçbir Google verisine erişmeyiz.
Kullanım: Bu veriyi yalnızca Silvermark hesabını oluşturmak, seni giriş yaptırmak, hesap e-postanı sana göstermek ve hesapla ilgili iletişim (ör. destek yanıtı) için kullanırız. Reklam, profil çıkarma veya yapay zekâ modeli eğitimi için kullanmayız.
Saklama: Veri, hesabın kimlik doğrulama kaydında Supabase'de saklanır ve hesabın açık kaldığı sürece tutulur. Hesabının silinmesini istersen bu veri de silinir.
Paylaşım: Google kullanıcı verisini satmayız, kiralamayız ve üçüncü taraflara aktarmayız; tek istisna verimizi bizim adımıza tutan altyapı sağlayıcısı Supabase'dir (Madde 3) ve yasal zorunluluklardır.
Silvermark'ın Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanımı ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarımı, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) gereklilikleri dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verisi Politikası'na uyar.

10. İletişim

Sorularını uygulama içindeki Geri Bildirim bölümünden veya [email protected] adresinden iletebilirsin.

11. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Silvermark, Albion Online veya Sandbox Interactive GmbH ile bağlantılı, onaylı veya sponsorlu değildir. Tüm oyun içi isim ve varlıklar ilgili sahiplerine aittir.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Silvermark ("the app", "we") is a personal market-tracking and flip-analysis tool for Albion Online. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Account information

Email address and password (the password is stored only in a secure, irreversible form — we never see it in plain text).
If you sign in with Google, the email and basic profile info Google shares with us.
Membership date, plan status, your agent connection key, and when you last had the site open (for account management and abuse prevention; visible to administrators only).

1.2 Market scan data

When you enter a market in-game, the local agent captures public market order data (item, price, city, quality, time) from game traffic. It does not access your character, inventory, chat, or any private game data — it only reads market listings.
These scans are stored in a cloud database linked to your account so we can show you your own analyses.

1.3 Feedback

If you send a message via the Feedback section: the name, subject, and message you enter, plus your account email.

1.4 Terms of Service acceptance record

When you accept the Terms of Service, the following is recorded as proof of acceptance: the time of acceptance, the versions of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy you accepted (with a fingerprint of the texts), your email address at that time, your sign-in method (email / Google), your interface language, the acceptance method and your browser information (user-agent). Your IP address is not recorded.
These records are used only to prove acceptance, cannot be altered and are deleted when your account is deleted.

1.5 Cookies and browser storage

We do not use cookies — there are no cookies or similar technologies for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
Only what the site needs to work is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage): a session token (to keep you logged in), your language and server/region preferences, your filter settings, and your "My Purchases" list.
These are strictly necessary to provide the service you request and are used for nothing else, so we do not ask for separate consent. You can clear them any time in your browser settings (doing so logs you out and resets your preferences).
Fonts are served from our own server; opening the site sends no request to Google.

2. How We Use Data

To create your account, authenticate you, and keep it secure.
To generate and display your market scans and flip/upgrade/trade analyses.
To manage your plan status and respond to your feedback.
To operate the app, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data or rent it to third parties for marketing.

3. Third-Party Services

The following services are used to run the app:

Hosting & infrastructure: The site is hosted on Vercel. Accounts, authentication and the cloud database are kept on Supabase, which processes this data only on our behalf.
Google: "Sign in with Google" (optional; you are sent to Google only if you choose it).
Albion Online Data Project (albion-online-data.com): For "Top Traded" and community price data. If you switch to Community mode, your scans are also uploaded to this community project (see Section 4).
CDNs (jsDelivr, flagcdn): Charting library and flag icons.
Vercel Web Analytics: Anonymous visit statistics (page views, country, device/browser type). It uses no cookies and does not identify you; visits are not linked to your account.

4. Private Mode vs Community Mode

The agent runs in Private mode by default: your scans stay only on your account and are not sent to the community. You may switch to Community mode, in which case the captured public market data is also uploaded to the Albion Online Data Project. This is entirely your choice and can be reversed at any time.

5. Data Retention

Raw/temporary scan records are auto-deleted after a short time; only what is needed for summaries/analyses is kept linked to your account.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls). However, no internet service is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data.
You can end your session by logging out and clear your browser's local storage.
If you signed in with Google, you can revoke Silvermark's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
For requests, contact us (Section 10).

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at persons under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

9. Google User Data

"Sign in with Google" is optional. If you use it:

Data accessed: At sign-in Google shares only your email address, your name and a link to your profile picture (the openid, email and profile scopes). We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.
Use: We use this data only to create your Silvermark account, sign you in, show you your account email and contact you about your account (e.g. support replies). We do not use it for advertising, profiling or training AI models.
Storage: The data is stored on Supabase in your account's authentication record and kept while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, this data is deleted too.
Sharing: We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to third parties, except to our infrastructure provider Supabase, which stores it on our behalf (Section 3), and where required by law.
Silvermark's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we update the effective date. The current version is always published on this page.
